It consists of a high quality stainless steel trough with a heavy duty anti-slip rubber mat inlay. Stainless steel sides help reduce splashing ens
uring more solution stays in the bath.
A full length door empties the bath quickly then the powerful spray bar cleans the bath. Three high capacity nozzles refill the bath whilst the treatment is also pumped in.
The Happy Hoof bath is controlled via an easy to use touchscreen system allowing different recipes for each days and milking, up to 21 different periods per week. This is remote from the bath and can be located for your convenience.
The bath is supplied with one chemical pump, but as many can be added as required for different treatments and recipes.
Filling and refilling is completely automatic and can either be triggered by the milking start time or a simple push of a button. Refreshing the bath can be either controlled by a cow counter or on a button push as groups are changed over.
Can be supplied with a custom built heavy duty galvanised race if required.
